Strict No-Return Policy

Due to the delicate nature of lyophilized peptides and the necessity of maintaining a 100% sterile and temperature-controlled chain of custody, we cannot accept physical returns of any biochemical products once they have been dispatched from our laboratory facility.

Analytical Discrepancy Replacement

At Peptide Sciences Hub, we stand behind our batch verification. If your laboratory conducts an independent HPLC or Mass Spec analysis that reveals a purity level below our 99% guarantee, we will issue an immediate replacement at zero cost.

*Note: Independent testing must be performed by a reputable third-party laboratory. We do not accept results from consumer-grade home test kits.*

Damaged or Compromised Goods

We warrant that our compounds are vacuum-sealed and stabilized for transit. If your order arrives with visible damage (broken vials or compromised seals), you must notify our technical team within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please provide photographic evidence of the internal packaging and the specific batch numbers involved.

Our chemists will verify the claim. Once approved, a replacement or institutional credit is issued within 48 hours.
